Welcome to Wescott Group of Hotels. To ensure a safe, comfortable and memorable stay for you and all our guests in accordance with UAE laws and regulations, we kindly request you to adhere to the following policies.

1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM
• Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. GUEST REGISTRATION

• All guests must present a valid Passport or Emirates ID at check-in.
• Minimum age for check-in: 18 years
• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy rooms.

3. VISITORS POLICY

• Visitors must register at reception with valid ID.
• Visiting hours: 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Overnight visitors must be registered as paying guests.
• Management reserves the right to deny access for security reasons.

4. SMOKING POLICY

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Smoking in non-smoking rooms will incur a cleaning fee of AED 100.

5. PAYMENT & INCIDENTALS

• Payment may be required upon check-in.
• A refundable deposit may be requested.
• Additional charges apply for:
  • Damages
  • Extra guests
  • Late check-out

6. OCCUPANCY POLICY

• Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed.
• Extra person charges apply where applicable.

7. LOST & FOUND

• Lost items are recorded and securely stored.
• Storage period:
  • Valuables: 90 days
  • Non-valuables: 30 days
• Valid ID and proof of ownership required for collection.
• Unclaimed items will be responsibly disposed of after the holding period.

8. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

9. SAFETY & SECURITY

• CCTV monitoring in public areas for guest safety.
• Hotel reserves the right to access rooms in case of emergency.
• Guests must comply with all UAE laws and public conduct regulations.

10. GENERAL TERMS

• Alcohol consumption permitted only in designated licensed areas.
• Illegal substances and misconduct are strictly prohibited.
• Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.
